Hi
I am in Melbourne do you have a clinic here? if so pls give me the contact details (name, ph number and location)
I am interested in a non surgical nose job, I have a nose which is slightly long (not hooked or crooked) can I get a non surgical nose job?
Also, I am interested in obtaining the treatment for neck lines and a non surgical brow lift and possibly cheek implants are these treatments permanent? how many treatments do I need to remove some subtle neck lines from my neck?
Do you offer skin care/treatments for dark circles under the eyes?
I also have slightly saggy skin on my upper eye lid can this be safely removed?
Can you provide me with the approx cost for these?
Thanks

Hi Belinda, we really need to assess you to give definite answers on all of these questions, we are are only based in Brisbane, so although our assessments are free and without obligation, this does not help you. I will email you a contact for Melbourne, and then you can call and organise an assessment there.

hi:
My name is Sue and i have some dropping of the midface area producing eye bags and slight jowling. Is your non-surgical procedure only about fillers or is there some way to do a vertical lift to the midface area without surgery?
thank you for your time
sue
Dr Joanne Turner responded on 26 May 2008 at 6:09 pm #
Hi Sue, the treatment we use for non surgical mid face lift specifically is Radiesse. There are other products however this is a sculpting filler that gives excellent results. You can look at threads, however you need to get someone really good if you are considering these. They tend to have gone by the wayside a bit because the results are not always optimal and do not last. Another option is thermage, which is a skin tightening machine, however because it is volume loss that causes the sagging, you really need to use something like a good structural filler to replace the volume.
If you are interested come in for a consultation, which is free we can take a look at what concerns you and give specific advice. I hope this has been of some help.

Hi I have made a consultation to speak with someone about dermal fillers for under the eye area. I currently have small bags under my eyes which have only come up over the last 3 months however they are very noticeable and Im quite embarressed about them to the point where I wear my glasses all day whenever possible to cover them. My question is: Does the dermal fillers only work on indented areas or can it help blend the puffy bag with the rest of the under eye area? Directly under my eye is not puffy but lower down I have small puffy bags. I considered blepharoplasty but was told my eyes are not bad enough to have this procedure done. Thanks

Hi,
Im getting married this New Yrs Eve, I have bags under my eyes, can this be lifted without surgery and at what cost.
Dr Joanne Turner responded on 07 Jul 2008 at 6:35 pm #
Congratulations Sue. Generally non surgical eye lifting is more appropriate for upper lid bagging, we would really need to assess you to say if we could help and obviously the cost. The best thing is to come in for a free assessment and then we will be able to advise if we can help or provide referral if it is not possible. An enormous amount can be achieved non surgically to get rid of eyes wrinkles and even with some forms of under eye bags, however often this may require surgery. Call us to come in for a free consultation. Jo

Dear Dr Jo:
What is the product used for lifting the jowl area. I have slight jowls and would love to get rid of them. i was told (in Adelaide - where i live) that sculptra would lift my cheek area somewhat and alleviate the jowl area. She was also going to put sculptra in the tear trough to try to alleviate the under eye bags.
Also the practictioner was going to put a bit of mesotherapy in the under eye bag area to reduce the bags.
However i was told that once Scultra is used you cannot use any other filler after that because of its nature. Ie you have to continue to use Sculptra. Firstly i want to known if sculptra is the best lifting type of filler on the market or what do you use for the jowl area and if there are any fat dissolving mesotherapy treatments that are successful in the under eye bag area and if there are any good fillers for the tear trough
sorry for the long email and thank you for your time
sue
Dr Joanne Turner responded on 04 Oct 2008 at 5:10 pm #
Hi Sue, We would tend to use other filler products for both the tear troughs and for jowl area, however we would always do an assessment before we decided which treatment approach would be most appropriate as well as give you options.
I will email the specifics of the products as I cannot discuss them on the website.

Hi Jo,
I would like a quote on derma filler for under my eyes, forehead and between the brow. Is it a quick procedure and can I return to work relatively quick.
Thank you
Julie
Dr Joanne Turner responded on 03 Nov 2008 at 9:37 pm #
Hi Julie, Dermal filler is useful for under the eye, but for between the brow and the forehead you are best to look at anti-wrinkle injections. The procedure is quick and you can return to work immediately with a little bit of makeup. To give a quote we really need to assess you however I will email you with details of the products and more explaination. A ball park figure for forehead and brow would be $450- $495 and for dermal filler into the tear troughs under the eye you would be looking at $360. However with this price there would be enough product to put elsewhere. The best thing is to call us for a complimentary full face clinical evaluation, there is no obligation with this, we will be able to tell you your options and give an accurate quote. Call us on 33505447 to book a free clinical assessment. Jo
