My question is: Does the dermal fillers only work on indented areas or can it help blend the puffy bag with the rest of the under eye area? Directly under my eye is not puffy but lower down I have small puffy bags. I considered blepharoplasty but was told my eyes are not bad enough to have this procedure done. They tend to have gone by the wayside a bit because the results are not always optimal and do not last. Another option is thermage, which is a skin tightening machine, however because it is volume loss that causes the sagging, you really need to use something like a good structural filler to replace the volume.
