Everyone knows about the surgical rhinoplasty procedure but few people realise that many nose concerns can be addressed with a non surgical rhinoplasty or ‘nose job’?
What is a non surgical rhinoplasty?
The non-surgical rhinoplasty or the ‘nose job’ uses dermal filler to soften, shape and even straighten an individual’s nose without to invasive surgery.
The three main groups of noses we treat are bumps, flatness of Asian noses and people with asymmetry from injury or birth.
The majority of bumps on the nose are easily treatable without surgery, slightly building up the indentation and smoothing out any bumps.
Many people of Asian origin seek non surgical rhinoplasty to build up the bridge of the nose. This creates a more refined look to the centre of the nose. Addition of height creates a cosmetic change without destroying the balance of ethnic features.
People with deviations, divots or assymetry of the nose largely can be treated with dermal filler to fill the defect or create a straighter, more defined look to the nose.
What does a non surgical nose job involve?
There is no down-time at all. The procedure takes about 15 minutes and you can resume normal activities immedicately.
Local numbing gel is applied 1 hour before the procedure to make it more comfortable, but it is remarkably little discomfort through most of the procedure.
The treatment should last 12 months, although for many people it can last longer.
Cost is $990 in total.
There may be minimal swelling afterwards and very rarely any bruising.
It is best to come in for an assessment, which is free and without obligation, then we can assess whether you are suitable for non surgical nose job and go through the treatment details.
