The machine is iontophoresis and it is incredibly effective to treat excessive sweating of the hands and feet.

Hi Jo, I am hoping you can help me as i have tried so many different ways to treat hyperhydrosis. I Have even been considering ETS which i know is very expensive and has serious side effects I but just found out its only for the hands which is useless to me because my feet and underarms also sweat execessively. I use driclor under my arms which is irritating and have tried iontophoresis (driclor) for my hands and feet which didnt work AND made my hands and feet start shedding layers of skin which was horrible! I also had the underarm injections about 3-4months ago which reduced the sweating of my hands but not feet- hopefully you’ll have some kind of solution because im going crazy!!

Hi, I am 44 years old and have suffered with sweaty hands and feet all my life, over the past few years it has become worse. It is so bad I struggle to write and wear shoes. I am reluctent to consider surgery. If you have any suggestions you can I offer or any help you can provide me I would appreciate it. I have heard there is a machine you can buy to use at home that sends electrical impulses and the treatment needs to be done every month. Do you know about this or do you sell them? Are they successful. Thank you Sue

hii my name is zahra and i have a critical sweating problem. my hands, my feet and my underarms sweet excessively. i have been like this for as long as i can remember and i have been desperately waiting for the day were samething will came along to save me from this misery.

i visited so many hospitals but havent received any help, they all gave me surgical options.

am looking forward to hearing from you. for i am humbley intrested to know more.

I applaud you for not endorsing this destructive surgery. It abolished the body’s homeostasis, disables permanently the body’s thermoregulation, decreases resting heart rate and max heart rate capacity, the body’s ability to maintain blood pressure when standing in upright position, and in the long term has shown to adversely affect immune-responses, to exacerbate pain, and cause calcification of the arteries in the denervated hands. It should not be available or surgeons should have to provide ALL the known side-effects.
Unfortunately it has become a commercial enterprise, even cosmetic surgeons performing it.
