Hey!I am 20 years old and I got these spider like redish veins on my nose and they’ve been growing since I was 16. The veins have practically covered both sides of my nose. I’m interested in getting laser treatment but beetween sessions, what should I stop doing in order to avoid getting the veins again?

Hi Memo, You are very young to be having such a problem with nose veins. Do you have any on your face in general or is it just confined to the nose? You certainly would want to get them treated early to stop them worsening. If they are small and you have the right skin type you would be best to look at IPL rather than laser. Once you have had them treated there are things you can do to prevent the nose veins to a degree. The most important thing is avoiding sun exposure.
