Thankyou for your comment, I will get onto the page and check to make sure that I have correctly put across my point of view, because you are right..sympathectomy is not indicated for hyperhidrosis , the majority of people after surgery experience compensatory sweating in other areas and this is often worse than the original sweating and the quality of life after surgery is worse than before.
