Hi Deborah, One of the stronger more structural fillers is the best approach to fill marionette lines. There are a couple of choices, I however cannot name them on the website, so I will email you with details. The best thing is really to come in for a free consultation and then we can say for sure which is the best approach to get rid of your marionette lines.

Hi Henry, The time that the treatments to remove marionette lines last depends on many factors, including the product chosen. However the results are individual as our bodies all respond differently and break down the products at varying rates.
We like to use strong structural fillers for the marionette area, histologically studies have shown the product is still present at two years. In the intervening time though there is ongoing aging (can’t avoid that one), so with treatment of marionette lines it is best to look at top ups at intervals which are individual.
We do not use fillers that we do not have a well established safety. the side effects are the usual ones, you will get bruising after the treatment that lasts around one week. The best thing is to come in for a free assessment, we will assess the volume loss in the marionette area and be able to go through the whole process. Call us on 33505447 to book a free consultation.
